These Advertising Terms apply specifically to persons who create, publish, manage or purchase advertising on Cyprus Escorts (“Advertisers”).
They apply in addition to the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
By creating or maintaining an advertising profile, you agree to these Advertising Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
Cyprus Escorts provides advertising space and directory functionality only.
An advertising package provides the right to display an eligible advertisement on Cyprus Escorts for the applicable period and with the applicable features.
Cyprus Escorts does not:
- employ Advertisers;
- represent Advertisers as an agency;
- manage their activities;
- arrange appointments;
- negotiate their services;
- determine their rates;
- receive payment for services advertised by them;
- receive commissions from their independent activities.
Advertisers operate independently.
2. Advertiser Eligibility
To advertise on Cyprus Escorts, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- advertise only yourself or another adult where you have clear lawful authority to do so;
- provide accurate account information;
- comply with applicable law;
- comply with these Advertising Terms and our general Terms & Conditions.
Cyprus Escorts may request information reasonably necessary to establish eligibility or authenticity.
3. Advertising Profiles
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their advertisements.
Profile information must not intentionally mislead visitors regarding matters such as:

- photographs;

4. Photographs and Videos

5. Verification
Cyprus Escorts operates an authenticity verification system.
Advertisers may be requested to provide a current photograph of themselves holding a written note displaying:
- their Cyprus Escorts username;
- “Cyprus Escorts”; and
- the current date.
Verification evidence is reviewed manually outside the public website and is not stored within the Cyprus Escorts website or plugin.
After review, a profile may display a Verified status.
A profile that has not completed verification may display Unverified or another appropriate status.
Verification is separate from advertising packages
Verification is not a paid feature.
Free, Bronze, Silver and Gold Advertisers are subject to the same authenticity-verification principles.
Purchasing a higher advertising package does not automatically make an Advertiser verified.

Publication and verification
An advertising profile may be permitted to appear on Cyprus Escorts before verification has been completed.
Such profiles may clearly display an Unverified status and may have certain functionality restricted until verification is completed.
Cyprus Escorts may change verification requirements where reasonably necessary for safety, authenticity, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
6. Advertising Packages

Changes will not retrospectively remove advertising time already granted unless the Advertiser violates these Terms.
8. Paid Advertising Periods
Paid advertising is provided for the period displayed when the package is activated.
An advertising period begins on the date recorded as the package start or activation date.
When the period expires, Cyprus Escorts may:
- hide the profile;
- remove paid placement;
- remove package-specific promotional features;
- return the profile to another eligible status.
Expiry does not necessarily delete the account or profile information.
This allows an Advertiser to renew or reactivate a profile without recreating it.
9. Package Position and Visibility
Different packages may receive different directory prominence.
For example, higher advertising packages may be displayed before lower packages.
Cyprus Escorts may also use factors such as:
- package level;
- profile status;
- verification status;
- availability;
- featured placement;
- promotional rotation;
- profile age;
- technical or anti-abuse considerations;
when determining how advertisements appear.
Purchasing advertising does not guarantee a specific number of views, messages, contacts, bookings or other results.
10. Package Badges
Package badges such as Bronze, Silver or Gold represent the advertising package associated with the profile.
They do not represent an assessment of the Advertiser’s quality, safety or reliability.
A package badge and a Verified authenticity status are separate indicators.
11. Package Changes and Extensions
Cyprus Escorts administrators may, where appropriate:
- extend advertising time;
- change package level;
- correct package dates;
- reactivate profiles;
- provide promotional extensions.
Administrative changes do not create a permanent entitlement to similar treatment in the future.
12. Payments
Cyprus Escorts does not currently process payment-card or banking information through the website and does not currently operate an integrated online payment gateway.
Where a paid advertising arrangement is handled separately, the Advertiser will be informed of the applicable method.
The website may record administrative information necessary to manage the advertising package, such as:
- package;
- activation date;
- expiry date;
- status;
- extension information;
- internal administrative notes.
13. Cancellation and Refunds
Where an Advertiser purchases paid advertising, any applicable cancellation or refund rights required by law remain unaffected.
Where advertising has already been activated or supplied at the Advertiser’s request, refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
No refund will normally be provided merely because an advertisement:
- receives fewer views than expected;
- receives fewer messages than expected;
- does not generate a particular commercial result.
Where Cyprus Escorts is legally required to provide a refund or other remedy, those legal rights will be respected.
If Cyprus Escorts removes paid advertising solely because of a serious breach of these Advertising Terms, illegal content, fraud, impersonation, exploitation or similar misconduct by the Advertiser, any refund may be refused to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers are solely responsible for:
- their own activities;
- their advertisements;
- communications with visitors;
- determining their own availability;
- determining their own rates;
- complying with applicable laws;
- any independent arrangements they make with visitors;
- any applicable tax, registration or professional obligations.

15. Prohibited Advertising

- coercion;

- malware;
- unlawful threats;

17. Profile Contact Information

18. Availability and Rates

21. Profile Removal and Suspension
Cyprus Escorts may hide, suspend or remove an advertisement where reasonably necessary because of:
- violation of these Advertising Terms;
- violation of the general Terms & Conditions;
- suspected impersonation;
- fraudulent information;
- security concerns;
- unlawful content;
- exploitation;
- trafficking concerns;
- content involving minors;
- serious or repeated complaints;
- legal requirements.
Serious violations may result in immediate removal without prior notice.
22. Expired and Hidden Profiles
An expired or hidden profile may remain stored in the Cyprus Escorts system rather than being immediately deleted.
This allows Advertisers to reactivate or renew profiles without recreating all information.
Hidden profiles are not intended to appear as active public advertisements.
Advertisers may request deletion subject to our Privacy Policy and any information we are legally permitted or required to retain.

Future advertising packages, prices, durations and features may be changed without affecting completed advertising periods already supplied.
25. Privacy
Personal data associated with advertising profiles is processed according to the Cyprus Escorts Privacy Policy.
Advertisers should review the Privacy Policy before publishing personal information.
Advertisers should particularly understand that information deliberately placed on a public advertising profile can be viewed, indexed, copied or cached by third parties.
26. Relationship With the General Terms
These Advertising Terms supplement the Cyprus Escorts Terms & Conditions.
If a provision specifically concerning advertising conflicts with a general provision, these Advertising Terms apply to the advertising relationship to the extent of that conflict, subject always to applicable law.
27. Governing Law
